Faculty:Dr. Melody QuWorkshop Schedule:IASLC World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) - Sunday, September 7, 2025Case Description:A 71-year-old female was found to have a 13mm spiculated lesion in the right upper lobe. PET-CT showed hypermetabolic primary lesion (1.2 cm, SUVmax 11.5) with uptake in the lower right hilar (1.0 cm, SUVmax 8.8), right hilar (1.8 cm, SUVmax 7.4), and anterior lower paratracheal (1.0 cm, SUVmax 8.0) lymph nodes. No distant metastases. EBUS biopsy showed adenocarcinoma in station 10R and 4R; malignant cells in 4L; atypical cells in station 7 (malignancy not excluded). The multidisciplinary tumor board recommended curative-intent chemoradiation followed by durvalumab. Radiotherapy was planned for 60 Gy in 30 daily fractions.
